By downloading, installing, or using the Altus mobile application ("App"), developed by Studio42, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms supplement and incorporate the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. If you are using the App on an iOS device, you agree to and acknowledge the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Description of Service

Altus is an AI-powered life coaching application designed to help users organize their daily tasks and provide suggestions for self-improvement. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze user inputs and generate task lists and advice.

3. AI Disclaimer

The advice and suggestions provided by Altus are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for helpfulness and accuracy, the AI may occasionally produce incorrect, biased, or inappropriate content.

Altus does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

Any health, fitness, or mental well-being suggestions are for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant lifestyle changes.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALTUS AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
